Our Story
Anna Castellanos and Ashley Williamson opened The Confidence Lab in Powell in 2021. Both are nurse practitioners who treat clients and oversee the care across the lab.
The lab brings medical aesthetics, weight loss care, wellness therapy, skincare and our signature Head Spa under one roof. We offer only the services we believe in, and a licensed provider trained to the standards Anna and Ashley set delivers each one.
For you, that means one place for your skin, health and wellness care, with one team that knows your history and plans each step with you. We hope each visit restores a little calm to your week, too.
What We Offer
Our services fall into a few areas. Browse them below, then book what fits or start with a consultation.
Dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxers, lip flips and laser and light treatments such as BBL Hero and Moxi. Your plan is built around your goals and made to enhance the features you already love.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide programs under nurse practitioner supervision, at the lab or by telehealth anywhere in Ohio, with regular check-ins along the way.
Facials, chemical peels, microneedling, brow and lash services, IV hydration, NAD+ therapy and vitamin injections, plus our signature Head Spa, a scalp treatment designed to help you unwind and boost your mood.

Anna Castellanos and Ashley Williamson are nurse practitioners who own The Confidence Lab together. They treat clients, oversee everything that happens at the lab, and stay vested in your results after the appointment.

Anna Castellanos, MSN, APRN, C-NP: Anna is the co-founder and owner of The Confidence Lab. She received her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati. During her years of direct patient care, she has held positions in areas such as Skilled Nursing, Neuro Step Down, Medical-Surgical/Ortho, Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery PACU, Family Practice, Acute Care, and Neuro Critical Care. Anna and her husband Luke live in Powell and have 5 children: four boys and one girl. During her downtime, she loves to spend time with her large immediate and extended family, vacation, and cook. She is also a huge sports fan. Her faith and passion drive her to make meaningful connections with each patient she encounters. She truly enjoys the connection she makes with each patient leading to a meaningful, trusting patient/provider relationship. Her specialties are GLP-1 prescribing and management, lip filler/full facial balancing, BBL/Moxi, and full face wrinkle relaxers. Ashley Williamson, MSN, APRN-CNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Metabolic & Aesthetic Clinician, and co-founder of The Confidence Lab in Powell, Ohio. Ashley specializes in GLP-1 metabolic care, advanced skin rejuvenation, customized skincare planning, full facial balancing, injectable treatments, wrinkle relaxers, and whole-body wellness. Her approach is highly individualized. Ashley believes no two patients should receive the exact same treatment plan. Whether the goal is metabolic health, healthier skin, facial balancing, or overall rejuvenation, she creates a plan based on the patient’s goals, anatomy, skin concerns, lifestyle, and what will best support a natural, balanced result. In metabolic care, Ashley focuses on more than the number on the scale. She helps patients understand how treatment works while supporting nutrition, muscle preservation, side-effect management, and long-term success. In aesthetics, Ashley creates customized treatment plans that may include skin treatments, skincare, facial balancing, injectables, wrinkle relaxers, or a combination of approaches depending on the individual patient. Her goal is to improve skin quality, restore balance, preserve natural features, and create results that feel thoughtful and personalized. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and has a clinical background in Critical Care, Step-Down ICU, Urgent Care, and Family Practice. She has also served as a volunteer provider caring for uninsured and underserved patients. Ashley’s faith, integrity, and commitment to continued learning guide the way she cares for her patients and the standards she brings to her practice. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, educated, and confident in the plan created specifically for them. Ashley is always happy to connect with patients, learn what matters most to them, and create a personalized plan that evolves with their goals, lifestyle, and needs over time. Outside the practice, Ashley is a devoted mother and board member of a private equestrian nonprofit. Her passions include travel, art, nature, horses, continued education, and building a life and practice centered around purpose and meaningful patient care. “True beauty and wellness are built from the inside out. Hannah Kelly is an Advanced licensed esthetician passionate about helping clients feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their skin. She takes a personalized approach to every treatment, focusing on healthy skin, visible results, and creating an experience that feels both relaxing and intentional. With a love for skincare and beauty, she enjoys customizing treatments to each client’s individual skin goals and lifestyle. From advanced skincare treatments to brows and lashes, her goal is always the same: to enhance what makes each client feel like their best self. She believes skincare is more than just a treatment: it’s a form of self-care, health, and an opportunity to take time for yourself. Building genuine relationships with her clients is one of her favorite parts of being an esthetician. Outside of the treatment room, Hannah loves spending time with her family and friends, staying active and prioritizing fitness, traveling and experiencing new places, and most importantly, growing in her faith. Her faith plays an important role in how she lives her life and connects with the people around her.

A licensed esthetician since 2001. Kristina is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while enhancing their natural beauty. After taking time away from her career to raise her family, she returned to the profession with the same passion for skincare and a renewed appreciation for the confidence that healthy skin can inspire. As a proud member of the Powell community, Kristina enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and providing personalized care tailored to each client’s unique skincare goals. What she loves most about her work is being part of a team that is genuinely dedicated to making a difference. Seeing clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing is the most rewarding part of what she does.

How We Practice
Every plan starts with a conversation about what you want to achieve. From there, we shape the plan around your health history, your schedule and your budget.
We begin with what you need now and add to your plan only when it makes sense for you. Before any treatment, we walk you through the visit and the days after it. Results vary from person to person. Your provider will talk you through what to expect for you.
